Your first point of contact

Patient coordinator

A member of our team coordinates your case in English: collecting your information, arranging the video consultation and planning each visit to Ronda with you.

Your treatment journey

Every case is different. This is how the process is organised.

  1. Initial requestSend a short enquiry and complete a questionnaire about your situation.
  2. Your recordsWe collect the clinical information you already have, such as X-rays, scans and photos, through a secure channel.
  3. Video consultationA video call with Dr Pardo for preliminary guidance on your case.
  4. Options and phasesWe explain the options, the treatment phases and the trips to Ronda that are likely to be needed.
  5. Diagnosis in RondaAn in-person assessment at the clinic and the definitive diagnosis and plan.
  6. Treatment and follow-upTreatment in phases, then a maintenance plan and follow-up once you are home.

What can be done remotely

The questionnaire, sharing your existing records and the video consultation. These give preliminary guidance only: the definitive diagnosis is made in person in Ronda.

How many trips

The number and length of visits depend on your case, on whether bone regeneration is needed and on healing time between phases. We explain the likely plan before you commit.

Provisional and final teeth

Where clinically possible you may leave with fixed provisional teeth. The final prosthesis is made by the dental technician once the tissues have healed, and fitted on a later visit.

Maintenance at home

You receive a written maintenance plan. Regular hygiene with your local dentist or hygienist helps protect the implants and gums.

If something comes up

Contact your coordinator first. We review the situation with you remotely and, if needed, arrange a visit to Ronda. We do not currently provide clinical care in the UK.

Travel and stay

You arrange your own travel and accommodation. Your coordinator can share practical information about reaching Ronda and timing each visit.
